If you have selected the Hosting Package, we will set up everything for you after the purchase and provide you with login details and onboarding assistance. Otherwise you can directly download your Setup.

Over the years, we have created over 100 websites, platforms, minimum viable products, and eCommerce stores with WordPress. At that time, we had mastered, used, and developed many themes and plugins, but we always used almost the same setups. Why should we reinvent the wheel every time? No. You don’t need any Developer, Design, or Tech skills to build your Website with WP-Setups. Pick the WP-Setup that works for you from our Shop, (optional) select additional Features/Options, fill in all the needed information, and start with your Website. The skill you do need is to change Text, Images, and Colors in our Templates, which is super easy to learn. We do provide Documentation & Video Tutorials for our Setups, and in case you need special Support, we are there for you.
We use WordPress for all our setups. WordPress is the most used Content Management System and Website Builder worldwide. It offers the perfect mix of Content Management, user experience, customizability, and flexibility. It’s been on the market since 2003 and has developed in the past years to a stable all-in-one solution for most Website & Minimum Viable Product use cases. Because content is more important nowadays than ever, the built-in Blogging system offers you the best experience. WordPress itself is open source and maintained well by the core developer team. All in all, it makes the perfect match for us and our customers.
Every website consumes electricity to be available on the Web, and with this comes the emission of CO2. We can roughly differentiate the consumption into three subjects:
- Website Server: The server processes and provides the Website data to the User.
- User Device: Your Device (PC, Laptop, Smartphone, etc.) gets the data from the Server and has to load all the assets and build the view.
- Third-Party Integrations: Most Websites communicate with third parties like Google, Calendly, etc. The data transferred between your Website and the Integration also consumes electricity.
We can minimize third-party integrations and only use those that promise to be as sustainable as possible. Still, we can’t optimize much here except how we implement them (we do offer custom integrations to minimize these). So, we are focusing on the first two: Servers and User Devices. By optimizing the Servers, Assets, and views as much as possible, we ensure that the minimum amount of electricity is consumed. We also make sure that the Servers run on renewable energy.

We also must consider that WordPress and other website software are never as efficient as custom-developed Websites.

Yes. We offer many premium templates and content components, but you can easily implement your custom design.
If you work with a design agency, feel free to contact us, and we will provide them with the Setup to work with. Also, contact us if you need a design agency, and we will connect you with our partner agencies.
Yes. We offer special Freelancer/Agency plans to use our Setups for customer projects. Please get in touch with us if you are interested.
We can also connect you with our existing partner agencies if you want to know how they use our setups.
In general, this is possible, and we currently have setups in our shop that a Freelancer or agency built. However, we need to conduct an extensive audit of your setup to check if it complies with our setup requirements (optimized, sustainable, easy to use, flexible, and maintainable). Please contact us to discuss your situation.
This depends on the package and features/options you selected. If you buy a direct-download setup, you get it immediately after purchase as a .zip file containing your setup, guidelines, and additional information.
If you choose our Hosting package and/or additional features/options, it normally takes 1-24 hours (depending on the demand and features) for us to provide you with access. Even though our setups are automatically generated by our system, we check every setup we sell manually to make sure there are no issues and the purchased features work as expected.
If you partner with us as a freelancer or agency, we can automate the deployment to make the setup available within an hour (no manual check by us).
Yes. Every package can be used with a hoster of your choice. There are two possibilities. If you purchase a direct-download package, just upload it to your hoster and get started. If you select one of our premium packages (with our hosting), you must select the option “I want to host it myself” before purchasing! BE AWARE there are extra costs we have to charge to deploy the setup to a hoster of your choice, and we can’t guarantee the same performance as with our hosting.
Yes, there is a 30-day money-back guarantee for all setups with our hosting plans, as we want to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied. After purchasing one of our plans, we will provide you with a Development Site for a maximum of 30 days, where you can work on your Website and have the possibility to start a refund request. When you map your domain with your site, it will automatically transform into a paid plan, and no refund is longer possible.
As you can imagine, we do not offer refunds for direct downloads because this could be an abuse of our service after full access to the setup.

Yes. We offer four different Support packages to our customers.
- For all direct-download packages, we have a Telegram group where you can ask questions and get help from us or the community. We do not guarantee Support here because it’s free.
- For all Hosting packages, we offer Support via our Ticket System, E-Mail, and Telegram group.
- For Agencies, we offer special Support via a Software of their choice (Slack, Telegram, Whatsapp, etc.)
- For individual support requests & customization, we offer paid support plans
